In these Terms and Conditions:

Service Restrictions and Conditions: Shipments must comply with the restrictions in paragraphs (2.1 to 2.4) below
Packages must not weigh more than 30 kilograms or exceed 120 centimetres (or 47inches) in length or a total of XXX centimetres (or XXX inches) in length and girth combined.
The value of any package may not exceed the local currency equivalent of SGD 20,000. In addition the value of any jewellery or watches, other than costume jewellery or costume watches, in a package shall not exceed the local currency equivalent of SGD 5000. (Minimum 4 items and above)
Shipments must not contain any of the prohibited articles listed in the (Guide-any references) including articles of unusual value (such as works of art, antiques, precious stones, stamps, unique items, gold or silver), money or negotiable instruments (such as cheques, bills of exchange, bonds, savings books, pre-paid credit cards, share certificates or other securities), firearms and dangerous goods.
Shipments must not contain goods which might endanger human or animal life or any means of transportation, or which might otherwise taint or damage other goods being transported by Nexus APAC, or the carriage, export or import of which is prohibited by applicable law of Singapore and Myanmar.
The sender shall be responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the particulars inserted in the declaration and for ensuring that all shipments set out adequate contact details for the shipper and receiver of the shipment and that they are so packed, marked and labelled, their contents so described and classified and are accompanied by such documentation as may (in each case) be necessary to make them suitable for transportation and to comply with the requirements of the Guide and Applicable Law.
The sender guarantees that all shipments presented under these terms comply with the restrictions in paragraphs (2.1) to (2.4) above.
Customs Clearance: When a shipment requires customs clearance, it is the sender’s obligation to provide, or to ensure that the receiver will provide, Nexus APAC with complete and accurate documentation for the purpose. If instructed, Nexus APAC will act on behalf at the expense and at the risk of the sender or receiver in obtaining customs clearance. During Customs Clearance Process, Custom Officer has the right to open the shipment without consent of the sender.
The sender agrees and consent to open and inspect package by Nexus APAC with or without prior notices.
The sender also agrees that Nexus APAC may be considered as being the receiver of the package or the shipment for the sole purpose of appointing a customs broker to carry out any customs clearance insofar as is allowed by law.
The sender will indemnify Nexus APAC for all losses, expenses, and any claims made against Nexus APAC by the receiver or a third party, arising where Nexus does not deliver a shipment because the receiver does not pay the COD amount in the appropriate form or refuses to accept the shipment or insult to Nexus APAC ’s employee/contractor when delivered.
NEXUS APAC shall not be liable for in any events:
Any damage of fragile items.
Cargo damage because of the effect of temperature and scratch or dent of any cargo.
Any damage because of improper packaging and for internal damage.
The undeclared cargo contents and falsely declared cargo in case of loss or damage.
Any consequences of delay or loss of cargo. (Project delay).
Any cargo lost or damaged between Yangon and the destination city, as the service is done by a third-party operator (appointed by the customers).
In the case of Nexus APAC accept any claims on loss and damage of cargo, the sender agrees that Nexus’s maximum liable amount on claim is three times of the shipping charge.
If sender wants to insure the full declare amount, insurance policy can be provided by Nexus APAC.
The sender accepts and agrees to be bound by every provision of these Terms and Conditions which by its terms applies or extends to him/her or claims to bind or affect him/her in any way.
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed and must be construed under the laws of Singapore.
